Digital Products
I sell digital products, including ebooks, guides, checklists, and templates, through third-party platforms (NiteFlirt, Etsy, direct download hosts, and other adult-friendly platforms). Posts and pages on this site link out to those platforms for purchase. I do not sell or process payments on this site directly.
Each product is licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, repackage, redistribute, or share access to a product you’ve purchased. You may not strip my name or branding from a product and pass it off as your own. Bulk purchase or licensing for use within an organization or program requires separate written agreement.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds for digital products are handled by the platform where the product was purchased. If you bought a product through NiteFlirt, contact NiteFlirt support. If you bought through Etsy, contact the Etsy seller (me) through Etsy’s messaging system. Each platform has its own refund policy and dispute resolution process, which you agree to when you purchase through them.
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer instead of requesting a refund through the platform is a breach of these terms and may result in being permanently barred from purchasing future products. If you have a legitimate refund concern, the platform’s support process is the right path.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, I’ll send periodic emails with new articles, career resources, and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. The newsletter is delivered through Sendy on my own infrastructure, and your email address is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Comments Policy
Comments are closed on most pages and posts on this site by default. Where comments are enabled, I reserve the right to remove any comment that is spam, harassment, threatening, doxxing, off-topic promotion, or otherwise inconsistent with the tone of the site. Disagreement and substantive critique are welcome. Personal attacks and hostility are not.
External Links
I link out to third-party platforms (NiteFlirt, Etsy, FetLife, and others), to my sister site Fetish Scripts, and occasionally to other resources I find useful. Linking to an external site is not a blanket endorsement of everything on that site or platform. Third-party platforms have their own terms, content, and policies, which I don’t control.
